Good facilities and placements but fees are quite high.

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

I am quite satisfied with the infrastructure facilities available at my college campus. The buildings are modern and well maintained with spacious classrooms that have proper ventilation. I appreciate the clean washrooms and the well stocked library with good seating arrangements. The computer labs are equipped with updated systems which help me complete my projects. I enjoy the green campus environment and the cafeteria serves decent food options. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more recreational facilities for students.

    Academics

I find the academic curriculum here relevant and specifically designed for hospital management careers. My professors have industry experience which adds practical value to their teaching methods. I benefit from the case studies and hospital visit programs organized regularly. The course covers healthcare administration, medical billing and hospital operations comprehensively which prepares me well. I appreciate the focus on personality development and communication skills training provided. However, I wish there were more guest lectures from healthcare industry professionals.

    Placements

I am hopeful about placements as the college has decent tie ups with hospitals and healthcare organizations. The training and placement cell actively organizes workshops and mock interviews for students like me. I have seen my seniors getting placed in reputed hospitals and diagnostic centers recently. The college invites various healthcare companies for campus recruitment drives regularly. I feel confident about my career prospects after seeing the placement track record. Though packages could be better, the opportunities provided are quite satisfactory overall.

    Value for Money

I think the fees here are on the higher side compared to other colleges in Kolkata. My parents pay a significant amount annually which sometimes feels like a financial burden. However, I acknowledge that the facilities and specialized course justify the cost partially. The practical exposure and industry connections do add value to the investment made. I wish the fees were more affordable for middle class families like mine. Overall, it offers reasonable value but could definitely be more economical for students.

    Campus Life

I absolutely love the vibrant campus life here which makes my college experience truly enjoyable. The college organizes numerous cultural fests, sports events and technical competitions throughout the year. I actively participate in the healthcare club and have organized medical camps with my peers. The campus has excellent sports facilities where I play badminton regularly to unwind. I have built amazing friendships here and we create memorable moments together daily. The supportive environment and active student community make me feel truly connected and engaged.

"Life-changing experience with mixed emotions and learning."

    College Infrastructure

Good infustructurePailan College of Management and Technology is a decent institution that offers a good education in management and technology. The college has a modern infrastructure, which is a plus. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The faculty is generally good, but some teachers could be more engaging. The industry connections are there, but more opportunities for practical exposure would be beneficial. Overall, it's an average college that can be considered for those looking for a management or technology education. With some improvements, it has the potential to be a better institution. For now, it's a 3-star experience."

    Academics

Student feedback suggests that some courses could be more engaging, and assessment methods might be more diverse. Nevertheless, the college's commitment to academic excellence is evident. With some refinements, Pailan College of Management and Technology has the potential to excel further. Overall, the college is a viable option for students seeking a management or technology education. While it shows promise, it requires further development to stand out in the academic landscape."

    Placements

Overall, Pailan College of Management and Technology seems to have a good placement record, with a range of companies visiting the campus for recruitment. However, some reviews suggest that off-campus placements are also important for securing jobs, especially in core fields ¹ ² ³.

    College Infrastructure

Our college gave some of the necessary facilities, like a good classroom, Library. But doesn't have a good hostel . Also some of the teachers doesn't came to take class sometimes. And not so cooperative.

    Academics

I studied Hospital management, because I'm interested in medical line.. Teaching quality also not good because some of our teachers don't teach us properly ,, but some of them really tech us good . .

    Placements

Our college doesn't give any placement. When we took admission they promise us to give placement in 2nd year but they don't. No one get any placement. The avarage salary offered 5k-8k. And our college also not supportive.

    Value for Money

Total course fee around 2L . Per year around 75k. But it's not worth the money because don't get placement, offered salary was also very low.

    Campus Life

College campus have worst features. Because college location was not good. Not safe at all in night. Also the faculty members behaviours not good.
