Hello,
Rajkiya Engineering College,Banda is better than Sonbhadra in terms of infrastructure and placement. Classes are going online right now due to covid-19 pandemic. Admission is done through score of UPSEE/UPTU examination and counseling.

The government engineering college in Banda is Rajkiya Engineering College.
The cut-off for this year has not been declared yet but we can get a rough idea of it from previous year's cut-off.
With a rank of 13001 in the general category, you will probably not be able to get admission here.
In 2018 cut-off, there were 3 rounds and the end ranks for various streams at the end of Round 3 were as follows-
The cut-off will most likely not reach upto 13000 rank this year so you do not have much chances of admission.
If you belonged to the SC/ST category then you could get admission here.
Don't be disappointed, you can try for other colleges as there are private colleges as well.

Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda is a constitutional college of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The admission to B.tech program of this college are taken through the UPSEE entrance exam. AKTU will be conducting the entrance examination on April 21, 2019, in offline mode. UPSEE 2019 will be 3 hours long and will consist of objective multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The admissions will be based on the score in the entrance test

at this rank, there are medium chances to get government engineering college,banda. other good colleges you can get are rajkiya engineering college at kannauj and ajay kumar garg engineering college.

Overall is average, self-efforts needed
College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is decent need to developing. the campus has basic facilities, including well- mantained classrooms, computer labs central library, studyroom etc. Laboratory equipment for electrical engineering is aveage, with some scope maintenance issues. The College has dedicated sports Ground, A basketball court and indoor sports facilities are minimal. wifi are availabe but work not proper . the overall capmus is good , there is lot of need ti improve

College Infrastructure
Collece has fully air conditioned, smart classroom, equipped with modern teaching aid such Touch screen podium, interactive white boards, short through projector, along with audio visual facilities. College also has 500KVA generator which is capable to provide electricity to whole campus. There is auditorium in college and gym.

The college has all the necessary infrastructure like academics student activities centre 3 hostels for boys and one hostel for girls and also faculty quarters available facilities are 24/7 internet and goodness the classrooms are modern with smartboards.
