Hope you are doing well. You can get a seat in M S Ramaiah Institute Of Technology with this rank, but sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat in R V College Of Engineering for either CSE or ISE. To get admissions in RVCE, you need to secure a rank within 300. But in MSRIT, you can expect ISE seat, but for CSE, it will be slightly difficult as cutoff ranks usually decrease every year.
