As per your rank,yes you may get CSE in both the colleges.As previous year cutoff for BMS college went upto 1000 (closing rank) and 450 (closing rank) for RV College.For RV college it may vary a little bit but there is a good chance in both of the college.For more details on previous year cutoff ,do check the link below:

In 2019 the cut off was as follows for the above mentioned college for CSE and ECE respectively

• RV College of Engineering: 417, 1271
• MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology: 1131, 2758
• BMS College of Engineering: 971, 2554

Considering this it is difficult to get seat in any of these colleges mentioned above. Cut off may slightly increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

Hello Student, 50000 rank is a bit on the higher side. You would have very less chances of getting admission in this collge. Since you haven't mentioned any quota or reservation, I would say that if either of them exists chances might improve. I would suggest you to apply for other colleges

If you are taking admission in BMS College of Engineering through KCET score, your fees will be approximately Rs. 88,240 excluding miscellaneous charges. And for RV College of Engineering, it is 58,806 Rs as a tution fees. Regarding concession, you might have to reach out to the Administration because it depends on case to case basis.
