Students can avail of any medical prescription from highly qualified doctors at nominal rates and can also get any pathological tests being done.

The Campus has a well-equipped and modern Gymnasium in the Multipurpose Hall. Thus, students have options to choose from a range of sporting activities and exercises to ensure that they stay healthy enough to cope with the stress posed by modern-day life.

The college has a wide collection of books on science, technology, humanities, management, and personality development. It has a large collection of books, journals, magazines, and non-book material. It has over 46006 books in various disciplines, CD-ROMs, Seminar reports, and project reports. Central Library subscribes to 51 Magazines, 13 newspapers, and 181 national and international journals in print form. A separate Digital Library has been set up with a subscription to IEEE ASPP, ASME, J-Gate Social Management Science, and EBSCO membership for use by the students and faculty for online learning.

The College provides facilities for students to pursue a wide range of sports activities on the campus. The outdoor facilities include athletics, volleyball, basketball, kho-kho. Chess and carom are indoor games available. A squash court is also available for playing squash. A female Instructor is there to assist the female students in their sports practices. All the required sports items of the best brands are available here in the sports storage room. So along with academics, students can also excel in sports activities.

A Computer Centre plays a critical role as a learning center both for the students and faculty. This state‐of‐the‐art facility is equipped with the latest IBM/HP server with over 250 network systems Core 2 Duo P4/PIII Intel Processor, 128 MB ‐ 2GB memory, 20‐40‐60 GB Hard Drive, 17″/15″ color monitor round the clock.

The College provides canteen facilities located within the campus. Besides the episodic events, the Cafeteria(Nescafe KIOSKS, Cold Drink, Ice Cream Point, Open Air restaurant, etc.)is the place where students get an of relaxation and enjoy their free time. The college has 6 air-conditioned seminar halls equipped with various multimedia aids viz. LCD Projectors along with a capacity of 200 each.

The College transport system covers almost all parts of Bareilly based on the requirements of staff, students, and faculty. At the start of each academic year, a survey is made to draw up a comprehensive plan for the decision of routes and corresponding charges Accordingly the buses are arranged. Besides morning and evening time there are buses in the afternoon and late evening to travel to and fro from the city. A separate bus runs on Sundays for taking the hostelers on the city visit from both sides.

The College is well-equipped with laboratories specific to different departments. These laboratories have specialized machines and equipment to be used for conducting experiments specific to the subject course and beyond. Equipment kept in the laboratories is designed, keeping in view all the safety norms, and is upgraded with new technology regularly around the clock.

The campus has an ATM machine from Oriental Bank Of Commerce which provides 24 hrs. ATM transaction facility. Oriental Bank Of Commerce(CBS Branch) is located in Ram Murti Puram, and provides banking and locker facilities.
