Your rank is too much. You might get a private college that too not so good from the counselling. So better see other colleges also in different regions as well.

Kce is better than others
But some branch and placement of sece is also good
Just depends on which branch you get.

When it comes to placement all the companies coming for placements are of IT ones and there will be no mechanical and civil companies.

The students enjoy a high level of freedom in the college and are never under a strict rule.

Go for Sri eshawar as reviews for this college are (1) infrastructure is very nice (2) better industry expert in many functions. (3) hostels food are very neat and clean and good foods.
