To get seat in vits does it depend on our jee percentile

Hello Aspirant, The VIT takes the admission on the basis of the entrance exam and this examination is known as Vellore Institute of Technology Entrance Examination and also through management quota. Candidate should have 60℅ marks in 10+2. This is not depend upon the JEE marks.

Hello Supriya!

Yes entrance into VITS depends on intermediate marks .One should get 45% in 12 if he is from general category and 40% if he is from obc/sc/st category.VITS takes admission through JEE Mains score.

You should complete with 60% marks in ug from a recognised university.
Bachelor degree should be minimum of 3 years duration after completion of higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent.
The candidate should be studied in regular full time.

My son has completed second year Inter in 3/2018. He did not farewell in any of the exams i.e. BITSAT, JEE MAINS & ADVANCED, TSEAMCET.

If he went to long term coaching too. He can apply all the entrance exams as he did this year because all the engineering entrance exams can be attempted 2 times maximum in a consecutive years

Yes, there are chances of you getting a seat in VITS with the rank of 94,000 but I doubt whether you will get the best and good branches like CSE, IT, ELECTRICAL or not because the cutoff keep fluctuating every year.

Vits counselling for phase 2 for amaravathi campus

The Phase 2 Counselling for Amaravti campus shall begin on 14th and 18th May of 2018.

Last year top 1 Lakh ranks were called for counselling. This year students are required to produce demand draft of Rs. 3,00,000 for Amravati campus.
