    The Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership Participants must pay the fee in four equal instalments.

    For India Residents – Participants from India need to pay a fee of Rs 2,50,000  + GST*. The participant must pay this into four equal instalments that need to be paid within the scheduled due date.

    For International Students – Participants who reside out of India but are seeking this course need to pay a fee of 4400 USD. The participant must pay the fee into four equal instalments.

    Eligibility Criteria


    Anyone from India who is a Graduate is eligible to apply for the Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership. Apart from Graduation, anyone who has a diploma degree in any discipline can also apply for the Development Program Training. A recognised university must issue the degree or the diploma in India. 

    Anyone who is from anywhere except India can also apply for this course. To be eligible to apply for the Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership, the participant must be a graduate. They must present the graduation degree issued by their country's recognised university. 

    The participant must know fluent English in both written and spoken along with above criteria for Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership.

    Any person with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience as on 1st March 2020 can apply for the course.

    Certification Qualifying Details

    XLRI will provide a Certification of Completion upon satisfying the adequate attendance (75 per cent) and evaluation/certification criteria of the Executive Development Program in Transformation Leadership. After paying any due fee, the participant can get the certificate.
