I am really sorry but your selection in IIT Kharagpur seems less likely. However, I recommend you not to lose hope because the counseling procedure is quite unpredictable and you might be lucky. Nevertheless, keep alternative options available.

This course is offered by G.S.Sanyal School of Telecommunications, IIT Kharagpur. They started this M.Tech program from the academic year 2017. Me, being the student of first batch of this specialization, i suppose i can give enough information.
