I GOT 95.5 PERCENTILE IN JEE MAIN FEB ATTEMPT 2021. I AM RESIDENTIALLY FROM UTTAR PRADESH BUT GIVING BOARD EXAM FROM HARYANA I HAVE EWS CATEGORY CRITERION I AM SEEKING FOR CSE OR IT BRANCH IN WHICH IIIT I CAN GET IT? IF I OPT FOR NIT'S THEN WHAT ARE THE BRANCHES PLEASE LET ME KNOW
Hello aspirant, first of all congratulations on getting 95.5 percentile in JEE mains. In this percentile your expected JEE rank is around 48k-50k. At this rank you won’t get CSE or IT in any IIITs. However there are several other college options available that you can explore -
-> Civil engineering and lower branches like metallurgy in NIT Patna, NIT Kurukshetra,
-> ECE branch in newer IIITs like IIIT Delhi. Electrical and electronics in IIIT Bhubaneshwar.
->CSE in PEC Chandigarh.
->Civil engineering in DTU.
-> ECE , mechanical and electrical branches in north eastern NITs like NIT Agartala.
