Your rank is quite decent, but it would be little difficult for you to get cse but still there some college where you can get such as

• Nit jamshedpur
• Nit patna
• Nit goa
• IIIT ranchi
• IIT UNA etc.

With your quoted rank it is not possible for you to get into any NIT except for your home state but you might be able to get into some good GFTI's .

You can get any NIT or IIIT in North India as well as you can surely get IIIT Hyderabad.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the lower NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Puducherry if you deserves Home state quota for them but if not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
