Hello future!
Ya sure you will get seat with jee mains sc category rank in top nit colleges ,iiit and gftis.
I will suggest you to go for each and every round of jossa to continue your counselling period .as there is a huge chance of getting top branches in top colleges when there is a chance of vacant seat .and according to your rank you can definitely have a core branches like electrical, mechanical and civil branch in top nits.cse branch is quite difficult but being a category rank you can get that too so I just say you to sit for every round of counsilling
Till stay safe ,stay tuned!
Thanks a lot
Till check the college predictor link to know more about colleges ,below mentioned:

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned your jee mains rank and even if i consider your EWS rank still it is impossible for you to get into any of the IIIT. In gfti's you can think of getting kongri Vishwavidyalaya and guru ghasidas University. The cut offs gets very low in csab rounds.
You can check out the link given below-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hello Aspirant,
See in JOSAA counselling the seats are allotted on the basis of your category rank but in CSAB counselling seats are allotted through CRL ranks only even for reserved categories.
Now on such EWS rank it would be very difficult to get any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs because the closing EWS ranks of last year were like :-
Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi - Carpet and Textile Technology (11272)
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Food Technology (11365)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such rank and category you have very low chances to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs, but I would recommend you to sit for counselling because for this year it is expected that cut-offs may be reduced so you might get some GFTIs otherwise you can go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 cut-off and know whether you have qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 or not, so it is given below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile

Hi,
In my opinion IIIT LUCKNOW is a better choice. The coding culture is also a lot better in IIIT LUCKNOW than IIIT Gwalior. In the case of placements, IIIT LUCKNOW placements are amazing than in IIIT Gwalior if you are willing to do a little hard work.
Hopes this helps.
All the best.
Hi,
You should go for IIIT. This College is too good in terms of placement and academics. LM institute of information technology and SGSITS are good institutes but still they are private institutes and not comparable with IIIT. Well, I think IIITs have a good reputation than SGSITS & LNMIT as far as their academics are concerned we can treat them same but IIITs are more better in reputation .
As far as my opinion, you can choose IIT-BBSR over SGSITS and LNMIT.
Both of these colleges are really good. The infrastructure, faculty and placements are great for CSE. However, I would suggest you IIIT Bhubeneshwar due to a better location and it is improving in its standards. It would give you better opportunities for internships and placements.
Now, the final choice should be taken by you on weighing all priorities.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
