Special round is not reliable if you are aiming for the top branches. So, in those cases, the cutoff won't be much lower compared to the previous round.

So to be on a safer side, accept the seat in the normal round and then try for the special

How much scholarship I can Expect in NIT Delhi in 1st year of Btech if I am a SC student?

You can get national scholarships or even some private scholarship also.You can get 3k-5k per month as a scholarship.You can also check private scholarship for nits.So don't worry about it if you get a chance in nit then you can surely get a decent scholarship.

NIT Delhi:

SC closing rank: 7483.

DTU : round 6

SC :221600.

These are previous year cutoffs.

No, you can't admission in NIT Delhi because you are not fulfilling it's criterion. You must get a minimum of 75% in boards.

NIT Delhi is a relatively new college, started at NIT Warangal in 2010 then shifted to temporary campus in Dwaraka and now it's campus is being developed in 51 acres of land which is much smaller than DTU. Talking about DTU, it has a very good campus.

College Infrastructure

The campus is well maintained with all the facilities needed for a particular student like ground, canteen and students sitting place. The classroom capacity is really good in size. Laboratories and computer labs are all working properly with all the equipments.
