I think your problem is getting tensed unnecessarily. See you believe that you have done proper preparation with full dedication and had to go through alot of sacrifices. So do not worry, you know all the concepts well. You are not able to perform well just because you are underestimating yourself and getting tensed. Finally, on the day of the exam relax and don’t get tensed. Keep your mind clear and give the exam.  You will surely be able to do well.

I'll recommend you not to panic a lot, otherwise your chances of doing silly mistakes will increase. Just have confidence in your preparation and try to believe in yourself. Give mocks and revise topics important for exam. NIT Surathkal has cut off at a rank between 5000 to 15000 for obc.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total number of applicants in the entrance examination. As per the details you've mentioned you need to obtain rank around 2620to get admission in NIT Surathkal CSE.

It is difficult to predict the marks  required to get a 99.7 percentile

This is because,
Marks required vs percentile  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc

But  yes when we go through previous year trends then,
To get 99.7 percentile you need atleast around 201 marks.
