Hi ! No you can't get nit srinagar on the basis of your JEE main marks and board marks. First of all you doesn't have 75% board marks. That's a huge blow. Now 46 Percentile will fetch you a rank of 10 lacs to 12 lacs which is not enough to get a nit. To get a nit you have rank within 50 k. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
