I hope this information helps you.

hi,
see in jee main exam there is no pass marks to qualify in exam and every year cutoff score changes and your percentile would be based on number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category. every state has 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates, so the cutoff scores are really high for all india quota for demanding streams like cse, IT, ECE etc. however if your percentile is 98-99 percentile you have decent chances for computer science stream in top nits, as well as dtu and nsit.
Hello!!
Hope you are doing great!!!
200 marks is a really good score in jee mains examination.Your percentile will be approximately around 98-99 percentile.Your All India rank would be around 8690 approximately, calculated by using the formula 100-99*869010/100 where 99 is your percentile approximately and 869010 is the number of candidates appeared for jee mains examination in the January session. Now you haven't mentioned your category and homestate. With this rank,As per the previous year scenario,Considering your AIR,you can get seat in computer science engineering in NIT Durgapur under genaral category. For checking the probabilities of colleges, you can use our college predictor. The link is provided below:

Hey Ankit,
In Both of Above mentioned Colleges. I'll recommend you To Go for NSIT rather then IIT Guwahati. But depends on your choice as well. NSIT plus point is it's location. As it's located in Delhi. You will get good amount for internship as well as job opportunities. Regarding placements it has a decent placements as well. In case of IIT Guwahati it has its own advantage. As it's has better infrastructure obviously as it's IIT. So you could compare which you prefer the most.
Best of luck
Hi
Yes , you can get admission in DTU and NSUT even if you are from Bihar and not a domicile of Delhi.
This is because it is not mandatory to be a domicile of Delhi to take admission in DTU or NSUT.
Admission in DTU and NSUT is through JEE Mains examination followed by Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi.
Also , to be eligible for taking admission in DTU or NSUT you must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic, and should have studied English in 10+2.
So , you don't need to worry at all even if you are from Bihar, all you need to do is prepare well for your JEE Mains examination if you want to get into DTU aur NSUT

Hello ,
NSUT and DTU have 85% reservation to Delhi Candidate but have 15% seat for other state candidate .
So , yes you can take admission there but for this you need to qualify JEE Mains and then separetly apply for JAC Counseling because admission in DTU and NSUT is given through JAC Counseling .
I would give 4 out 5 giving 4/5 for infrastructure feels fair because the campus delivers strong academic support with modern essentials, while a few maintenance and distance-related frictions remain. The academic blocks have well-equipped classrooms and labs that support hands-on learning; access to computing facilities, library resources, and lecture halls is generally smooth and organized. Yehi balance—functional classrooms + labs + library depth—daily learning ko reliable banata hai. Campus spread is a clear positive: open, green spaces, dedicated sports areas, and a structured layout make movement logical and campus life active. Sports grounds, indoor facilities, and basic utilities (bank/ATM, medical support, helpdesks) ensure routine needs are addressed without derailing study schedules—matlab infrastructure day-to-day rhythm ko support karta hai. Hostels and connectivity add to the stability: separate accommodation blocks, campus Wi‑Fi, and common spaces help students manage academics and downtime together. Common areas and service points reduce friction during peak academic weeks—yeh subtle cheezein overall experience ko steady rakhti hain. Why not 5/5? On a large campus, walking distances between blocks can feel long, and some facilities show uneven upkeep or delayed fixes—particularly in select labs or activity areas. Kabhi-kabhi cafeteria/vendor churn and small admin delays bhi experience ko thoda affect kar sakte hain. These are not deal-breakers, but they keep it a solid 4/5 instead of flawless. Net-net, infrastructure is dependable, student-first, and aligned with academic priorities. If someone values structured learning environments, usable labs, active sports spaces, and a campus that feels like a self-contained ecosystem, NSUT’s infra genuinely delivers—4/5 is a thoughtful, grounded rating.
The campus is very big. It has modern and green campus. It has also well-maintained environment with classrooms. It has also hostel facilities. Classrooms are air-conditioned amd washrooms are neat and clean.
The campus is very beautifully built and the hostels have sufficient amenities like wifi, reading rooms, badminton court, common rooms, etc. The hostel is also nice and provides good quality food in mess and canteens.
