Hello,
The following were the cut off for general category for admission in NSUT, Delhi in Information technology
Considering this you need to score 99 percentile or above as in January session 869010 candidates appeared assuming that you had scored 99.5 percentile then your rank will be calculated as (100-99.5)*869010/100=4345 which may give you decent chances of getting a seat.To get such percentile your score must score 200 or above. In April session 1200000 candidates are expected to appear the your rank will be calculated as (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100.Cut off changes depending on number of seats available, number of candidates applied, etc.

Hello,
You can get the cutoff of NSIT Delhi in the previous years from the below link:

Hope this helps you.
Hello,
If you belong to Delhi region and you belong to GEN category then you may expect a seat in NSIT Delhi as the cutoff for same state in IT is around 6000. But if you belon to other state or outside Delhi then you have fairly no chances of getting a seat in NSIT as the cutoff for fourth round counselling is around 2800 rank. So, you better try for other colleges if you are not from Delhi region.
Hope this helps you.
Hi Suman,
I would suggest you to go for Delhi Technical University as in DTU CSE/IT/SE all gets the same opportunity at the time of placement and DTU is much older than NSIT and DTU is also government college like NSIT so if you are getting an old government college like DTU go for it.
If you are not getting old 7 IITs, IIIT-H,ISI,Top 3 Nits then go for DTU(it is comparable with top 3 nits)
Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.
Thank You.
As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in ECE are:-
IIIT Delhi
IIITM Gwalior
IIIT Una
IIIT Trichi
There will be no chance of getting DTU/NSIt in ECE with this rank with general catgory. To know more about your chances of getting other colleges check out the college predictor link below:

Hello,
if you have a rank below 50k (general category cutoff ) then you are in safe site. for 50k rank, your percentile range will be 94- 96. Score will be 100-150. for open category, rank is less than open category. practice well and prepare for the next session if you are appearing it.
You can also apply for your state government college which also provides high scope and also use home state quota during counselling.
Hope it helps!
HI Khushi,
For percentile of 85 your general rank should be more than 1.5 lakh
and your obc rank should be 45k which makes it hard for you to get admission in NSIT(now NSUT) delhi. If you are a general or obc candidate, then forget getting admission there with this rank, unless some magic happen ,like getting a seat at spot round. If you have sc, st, pwd single girl child or kashmiri migrant quota then you can think of getting admission in NSIT otherwise NO.
I hope this answer will help.
All the best for the future!!
I would give 4 out 5 giving 4/5 for infrastructure feels fair because the campus delivers strong academic support with modern essentials, while a few maintenance and distance-related frictions remain. The academic blocks have well-equipped classrooms and labs that support hands-on learning; access to computing facilities, library resources, and lecture halls is generally smooth and organized. Yehi balance—functional classrooms + labs + library depth—daily learning ko reliable banata hai. Campus spread is a clear positive: open, green spaces, dedicated sports areas, and a structured layout make movement logical and campus life active. Sports grounds, indoor facilities, and basic utilities (bank/ATM, medical support, helpdesks) ensure routine needs are addressed without derailing study schedules—matlab infrastructure day-to-day rhythm ko support karta hai. Hostels and connectivity add to the stability: separate accommodation blocks, campus Wi‑Fi, and common spaces help students manage academics and downtime together. Common areas and service points reduce friction during peak academic weeks—yeh subtle cheezein overall experience ko steady rakhti hain. Why not 5/5? On a large campus, walking distances between blocks can feel long, and some facilities show uneven upkeep or delayed fixes—particularly in select labs or activity areas. Kabhi-kabhi cafeteria/vendor churn and small admin delays bhi experience ko thoda affect kar sakte hain. These are not deal-breakers, but they keep it a solid 4/5 instead of flawless. Net-net, infrastructure is dependable, student-first, and aligned with academic priorities. If someone values structured learning environments, usable labs, active sports spaces, and a campus that feels like a self-contained ecosystem, NSUT’s infra genuinely delivers—4/5 is a thoughtful, grounded rating.
The campus is very big. It has modern and green campus. It has also well-maintained environment with classrooms. It has also hostel facilities. Classrooms are air-conditioned amd washrooms are neat and clean.
The campus is very beautifully built and the hostels have sufficient amenities like wifi, reading rooms, badminton court, common rooms, etc. The hostel is also nice and provides good quality food in mess and canteens.
