Unfortunately you won`t be able to get a seat in NSIT , Dlehi.
But as per the past year cutoffs , you have a bright chance of getting Biotech Branch in NSIT.
Although , you can get admission in various NITs and IIITs.

It will be difficult for you to get admission in cse, it, se,ECE,ME,MCE courses in DTU but you can try for other courses like CE,pie, EP, PCT, ENE, biotechnology in DTU . You have outside Delhi sc certificate so it is possible that you can get admission till spot round in DTU in above mentioned courses. But you should fill other courses also in the choice filling at jac Delhi website. You should fill all the courses of all colleges i.e. DTU nsit IIIT-d as you can get admission in these colleges in spot round but you will not be able to get core branches like CSE or it.

Yes, the admission will be based on Jee score/rank and the counseling will be conducted by JAC Delhi and to be eligible for NSIT seat, you will have to score 60% aggregate in PCM in 12th as this is a mandatory criteria to fulfil.

YES, there are chances of you get NSIT( now NSUT).
As per the previous year cut offs for OBC outside Delhi region, Up to 2nd round you can easily get your desired branches except for Computer science. The cutoff for CS branch is approx 6k rank. so for you, it is difficult to have CSE.
Along with jee rank you also need to secure at least 60% marks (50% for OBC-NCL, 55% for PWD, Pass in PCM for SC/ST) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class XII.

You have not mentioned your home state. Last year, the closing ranks in SC category for non residents of Delhi was around 40,000 and for the candidates residing in Delhi, the closing ranks were around 1,00,000. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.

However, if it is form general category, then there are chances, only in a few branches and not in CSE or ECE. For this too, you must be a resident of Delhi. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.

The infrastructure of my college is quite good and well maintained. The campus is spacious with clean classroom, fully equipped laps ,and a decent library where students can study peacefully.
