Sir I got 43 percentage in jee main open category please give name of college I take admission

Hello!Ratan Ojha

With JEE MAINS SCORE ,you can fetch NITs or IIITs.There is no need to fill any separate form for counselling. You have to participate in JOSAA seat allocation program where you have to choose your interested NITs or IIITs.No seat won't be allocated by JEE MAINS,you have to choose NITs or IIITs.

Ask for any query.

GOOD LUCK!

Hello Pawan!

First of all please confirm whether you are in the top 20 percentile cutoff of your board as without it there isn't any chance to get a seat in DTU or NSIT Delhi as per JEE MAINS eleigibility criteria. Also, if you are from Home state then there will be much ease for you.

Hii

You cannot get Nsit college. For Nsit college, the required percentile is 95. So you don't get this college. Try for other enginnering exams like bitsat, viit, kiit. These are also a good colleges. So best of luck. Hope this information is helpful for you.

Hi Rahul,

I will give you link their the cutoff mark opening and closing are mention.

here is a link https://www.collegepravesh.com/engineering-colleges/nsut-delhi/

all the best for your career

Thank you

Hey Gaurav,

With this much score of 79 marks in JEE Mains examination 2019 your chances of getting the DTU or NSIT is very low with the OBC category. You should apply for other examinations in my opinion or you can also go for JEE Mains 2020.

Good luck !

Hello Shreya

You may get rank around 20-22 thousand and with this rank you can get admission in many government colleges ( you will easily get admission in good NIT s ; DTU and NSIT;). depending upon your exact rank ; state and category branch may vary.

You can see last year's cut off and have a reference of it.

So good luck

Hello Ritul,

As per your marks, you may get rank in the bracket of 30k to 50k. Check it here https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor.

Now taking your Delhi quota and EWS under consideration there are high chances of getting a decent seat in DTU and NSIT but in IIITD it is a bit tough.

In DTU you may get these branches: Bio-Tech, Civil, EE, Engineering Physics, Environmental Engineering, Polymer, Mecha Automotive, Production. You can even get CS in spot round.

In NSIT there are fair chances of getting: Bio-Tech, I&C, Manufacturing, Mecha.

Hi Simmi,

Don't be disappointed with your results. There are still some good colleges that you can go to and give your best.

Some of the colleges that I found for you are-

  •  Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh(Total Quality Management)
  • National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra(Materials Science & Technology)
  • National Institute of Technology Sikkim(Computer Science & Engineering)
  • National Institute of Technology Meghalaya(Computer Science & Engineering)
  • Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh(Computer Science & Information Security)
  • Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology(Computer Science & Engineering)
  • Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar(Computer Science & Engineering)

Hope it was useful to you.

Feel free to contact us for any queries.

All the best :)

Yes in case you belong to other Backward classes catagory and have the required documents to support it, then definitely you can apply to both Delhi Technological University and Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology under OBC category, there would not be any issues regarding the same.

College Infrastructure

NSUT is located in Dwarka and it is almost connected to the main city via metro (blue line) . my college is big with a lot of trees and big ground . we have an Amul store near the APJ abdul kalam lecture thereat complex . NSUT have big classrooms which can hold a lot of student strength and labs are equipped . in short campus is big and great

A decent college

College Infrastructure

Labs are good for CS, but core branches labs doesn't live up to the expectation. Theory classes are well equipped with wifi, ac, smartboard, etc. For sports, there are enough grounds for different sports. There is also a gym, but equipments are not that well maintained.

Overall, the campus is good Enough .

College Infrastructure

Talking about infrastructure, especially the smart classes and the apj hall are well maintained with smart boards but the block classrooms are just average as it doesn't have smart boards in it. Including library, gym, sports room, canteen, laboratory everything is pretty good. Although the campus is too big , as it takes a lot of time to go from one place to another.Wifi accessibility is free for each and every student. Their is staff available at every place inside the college for cleaning purpose, so it's neat and clean even inside the restrooms and the canteen.
