If you are from CBSE then you have to score min 75% in 12th because top 20 percentile is more than 75% in CBSE

if you are talking about jharkhand or bihar then their state board top 20percentile lies nearly 65% so if a student got 65%+ then

if you scored under 75000 rank then you have high chances to get seat in NSIT. Basically you have to scored more than 85 marks in JEE mains.

Sorry to say but you can neither get a seat in DTU nor in NSIT in further rounds as there is a wide difference between your rank and their previous year cutoffs.

According, to JAC Delhi 6th round of allotment you can check the details below

DTU (Delhi Region)

Try to score more then 200 marks to get CSE branch in general category

Outside Delhi Region

Try to score more then 235 marks to get CSE branch in general category

It is not determined by it is determined by the college that you are applying for that the region in which you are applying for that college is taking your certificate or not as many state colleges have their own prospectors so you have to first read through it
