You can ask for various scholarship scheme available in your preferred college. In addition, State government also provide scholarship based on Financial condition of candidates.

Considering your rank and the previous year cutoffs for defense quota students , you have no chance to get admission in any of the colleges you have mentioned . You can try your luck in other colleges.

Hello dear..

You need to compete in JEE Mains for getting admission into NSIT Delhi. After that you are required to apply for counseling in jacdelhi.nic.in for admission.
I am considering that you are from Outside Delhi General category, so you need to have a good AIR at least 4-5k for getting a decent branch like ECE,ME,etc. For getting COE or IT you need to have an AIR less than 2.5k.
P.S. My information is based on last year's​ cutoff.

Dear Student,

i would like you to know that both the college i.e. NSIT OR DTU are equally good for CSE.They offer a very good placement as well.For delhi residence i would suggest that DTU is a better option.
