Considering your rank and the previous year cutoffs for defense quota students , you have no chance to get admission in any of the colleges you have mentioned . You can try your luck in other colleges.

You need to compete in JEE Mains for getting admission into NSIT Delhi. After that you are required to apply for counseling in jacdelhi.nic.in for admission.
I am considering that you are from Outside Delhi General category, so you need to have a good AIR at least 4-5k

Dear Student,

i would like you to know that both the college i.e. NSIT OR DTU are equally good for CSE.They offer a very good placement as well.For delhi residence i would suggest that DTU is a better option.
