My rank is 246977 in jee mains 2018 and i have s.c certificate then i am able to appear to take addmisson in nsit,dtu.

You are able to take admission but it will be on your jee rank.
As dtu and nsit are good colleges so I think at this rank its difficult to get any seat there though you are s.c.

can I get admission in NSIT with 51000 rank in JEE Mains.

NSIT is among the top engineering college in Delhi so if you're a general (outside Delhi) candidate then chances of getting this college are a bit rough and even if you manage to get the college you might have to compromise with your choice of streams, however, this year's cutoffs

You may get but chances are very less. Though Compromise for the branch is definite.

As both the universities are good in campus outlook, faculties are also very nice but here is the main point that is placement . Here are the main core points:

DTU is better than NSIT in Core branches like Me,civil,

NSIT is better than DTU in computer related

If you are not a delhi candidate it would be quite difficult for you to get branch of your choice.
If you are a delhi candidate you can easily get the branch as well as the college of your choice.

The NSIT M.Tech 2016 Cutoff is dependent upon many factors like the number of applicants, seat intake, previous year cutoffs etc.

Dtu and nsit but i can tell you about the reservation for defence category...DTU provides 5% reserved seats

While NSIT provides the same level of reservation

However there is vast priority list in case of nsit .so you have

College Infrastructure

The ECE department has well-equipped labs for electronics, communication, and VLSI, though some equipment feels outdated. Classrooms are spacious with projectors and proper seating. Library and Wi-Fi facilities are decent, but maintenance can improve in a few areas.

College Infrastructure

college infrastructure is very good and it has many facilities very well equipped labs and sports facilities and very well clinic facilities and students can enjoy their course here, nsut has 1 main gate and one north gate students can enter from anywhere they wants. the food in canteen is very hygienic.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of my college is quite good and well maintained. The campus is spacious with clean classroom, fully equipped laps ,and a decent library where students can study peacefully. The Wi-Fi works well in most academic areas and the campus is overall neat and organized. Sports facility and open spaces like canteen give a good campus vibe.
