which one of the nsit and dtu is better for electronics and communication (btech 4yr.) college rank wise and education wise?

NsIT and DTU both are great campuses and have amazing facilities ans well as best in class experience faculty from variois domains and sectors.

DTU is certainly best as per rankibgs at 9th By The Week Ratings. Also Offers Btech degree.
Average package is 6.5LPA. Fees is 4LPa and high

With 20k i think its difficult to get CSE branch in NSIT Delhi as the seats get filled up under 3000 rank but coming to NITs most of the top class NITs accept students under 5k for CSE branch but still you can wait for the counselling as

My undergrad score is comparatively low (60, nsit). Which good MBA colleges don't look at undergrad score? 10th - 10 cgpa and 12th - 92.80%

You can target the following institutes which have lesser focus on academics:

NITIE Mumbai
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Delhi

Apart from these every IIM has certain weightage of your tenth, twelfth and graduation score.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of my college is quite good and well maintained. The campus is spacious with clean classroom, fully equipped laps ,and a decent library where students can study peacefully. The Wi-Fi works well in most academic areas and the campus is overall neat and organized. Sports facility and open spaces like canteen give a good campus vibe.
