Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
As oer your question, NIT have edge on SPA so as per my opinion I will suggest you to go with NIT as B arch program is started in 1963 in Nits so this department has 57 years of experience and so experienced teacher too which will guide and teach you in the perfect manner. Also NITian tag boost your moral as it is a different standard so called NITian. NITs also offers a better placement package to the candidates.
Hope this Information helps you out. Thank you.

Hey there!
School of Planning and Architecture takes admission on the basis of JEE Paper-2. So, the only mode of admission is applying through jee paper 2. The paper is a 3 hour long examination with about 77 questions and three sections - Drawing, Mathematics and Aptitude. Hope this helps.
Hello,
Hope you are doing well,
SPA (School of Planning and Architecture) located in Delhi is a reputed and popular school which students opt for pursuing architecture and similar courses. Since you have not mentioned at which level you want to apply (UG/PG), I will talk about the overall college and courses in general. All the courses in SPA are well designed and structured by professional teachers and educated professors. There are many positive testimonials about the same. I think it is a very good college for architecture related courses.
Hope this answers your question.
Hello Aspirant, Hope you are doing good.
So according to your JEE Main percentile, and you OBC category rank, it's very probable that you can get into the best SPA colleges of India, like SPA delhi, SPA Bhopal, SPA vijayawada. Although the cutoffs change every year, you can still be hopeful about getting chance in atleast one of them.
If you want to know about all the other colleges that you can get into with your JEE mains rank, you can get it here:

Hope this helps you. Good luck!
Hey,
I'm very afraid to inform that you don't have enough possibilities to get admitted in SPA Delhi with this ranks and percentile. Because to get chance in that eminent institution you would secure atleast 486 CRL and 79 OBC-NCL rank (according to the previous year's cut-off).
You may also check the following website to get the detailed information of previous year (as the official cut-off marks of this college hasn't released for this year till now, so we have to follow 2019's informations in this regard):
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning
Though the cut-off ranks change every year based on several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, total number of available seats, difficulty level to exam etc, still it can be atleast estimated that it can't be so much decreased from 486 to 2082.
So I want to suggest you to leave the hope for this renowned institution.

Best Wishes.
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
