As you haven't mentioned any stream so i am mentioning about both the stream i.e  Barch and Bplan.

I think it will be at the border line because if you consider last year, 250 was considered as a safer score for barch. For Bplan it was around 225.

So, probability is high. No need to worry.

Unfortunately, NO.
Diploma candidates cannot apply for admission in B.Arch courses in SPA,New Delhi.
The eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have completed 10+2 with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the boards examinations.
Admission is based on JEE Mains score.

SPA is one of the most prestigious and most demanded college in India for Architecture and Planning. The cutoff rank for SPA Vijaywada usually stays around 2000. To secure admission in SPA Vijaywada, you should aim to score at least 240 marks in JEE paper 2.

Both the colleges has good infrastructure, wifi facilities, hostel facilities and good faculty with the best knowledge. Overall it depends on placements and internships provided by the college. School of planning and architecture, Vijayawada has started placement cell from last year, till then there was no placement cell in the college. Also, you have to arrange for internships on your own. School of planning and architecture, Bhopal has average placements for students who are perusing masters in architecture. Also, college provides 100% internships to the students with stipend.

Hello Arjun Gupta, Last year in 2019 around 180052 students registered for B.arch and out of which 145386 gave b.arch exam 2019.In this year 2020 around 138410 students registered for B.Arch in JEE Mains April and out of which 112679 gave b.arch exam January. So according to this if you got 99.56 percentile in JEE Main then your rank after JEE Main April will be around 600.

Now cutoff of School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi for B. arch for general category candidates are

Opening rank - 31
Closing rank - 607


2018

Opening rank - 7
Closing rank - 414

There are chances that you will get B.Arch in SPA Delhi, it is not totally sure as it will depend upon the  other students.

There are extremely rare chances of you to get admission into any NIT or SPA. NIT and SPA even both combined have quite less number of seats and at your percentile your rank is quite high and don't satisfies the condition for you to get admission into any SPA or NIT untill and unless you have any quota you can apply.

As you've mentioned that you've scored 88.5 percentile in JEE main examination 2 and assuming you're from general category , then at this percentile you're not eligible to get into school of planning and architecture Vijayawada even if it's your home state. Your rank doesn't matches upto that criteria.

Hello student. In the case of infrastructure and opportunities, both the collegs are good. But when it comes to course curriculum and placements, SPA vijayawada placements are not that good. It does provide internship opportunities for students. But as of placements, not many companies come for barch students

When it comes for NIR rourkela , it is one of the best colleges to study barch. Undoubtedly the best one. Everything is good. Placements, infrastructure, faculty and course curriculum,  campus life is really good and safe.

Worth the money you spend

School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers BArch and BPlan at UG level. Candidates are required to have completed their 10+2 studies with 50% aggregate and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

No it is not necessary to obtain 75% in 12th board as that much percentage is mostly required for only NITs or IITs or IIITs.

In your case your rank must be around 2084.
As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank
Yes it's true that with this rank being a a student from Genral category its possible to get into SPA on the basis of previous year cut offs.
