The official cutoff of JEE Mains 2020 will be released along with the final results after the April JEE Mains. The NTA will announce category wise cutoffs then. But you can still check your estimated rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. So with this percentile, your estimated All India rank will be around 18,509. Now, if the candidates appearing in April's JEE Mains increase, then your rank would increase too.

With this rank, you easily get an NIT. If the NIT is in your Home State, then you can also get branches like Mechanical and maybe electrical.

Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session in paper 2.
Your expected category rank will be around 3k-5k.

Since 2019 cut off data is not available yet here is the cut off in 2018.A candidate belonging to SC category with rank 91 secured a seat in B.Arch in SPA, Vijayawada.A candidate belonging to SC category with rank 261 secured a seat in B.planning in SPA Vijayawada.

Considering this with such rank you may not get this college.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

Yes , the hostel complexes have mess arrangements, medical facilities, TV rooms, gym facilities. The School has limited hostel accommodation, which is offered only to outstation students based on the availability of seats and in accordance with hostel rules.

Mess/Food Charges Rs. 22,000/- Per Annum

Hostel Security Deposit (Refundable) Rs. 6,000 At the time of admission only

Yes there is hostel facility for boys at School of Planning and Architecture. Facilities provided by the hostel includes-

• Mess
• Medical facility
• Gym facility
• TV room
• Games room etc

The Institute has limited hostel facility and is given to outstation students based on availability of seats.

Hostel fee is 14000 per annum

Mess food charge is 22,000 per annum and security deposit is 6000

Hello student all three college mentioned by you are of tier 1 college its depend on you you want to go with which one according to your preferences.
But Genrally SPA is number one choice among students for Bachelor of Architecture on the basis of placements faculties infrastructure and college location.

SPA offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs.

Candidates who have passed their 12th std with minimum of 50% marks and maths as a compulsory subject are eligible for admission into the B.Arch and B.Plan program in SPA.

Since it becomes very difficult to predict the actual rank but we do have a backup we have a formula;l to calculate the expected rank that is (100 - total percentile ) x 112679/100. So your expected rank for the present percentile for january session comes out to be 1250.The expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session.
since the official cutoffs are yet to be decided let us analyse your chances by using previous year cutoffs.
