98.66 is a good percentage. For getting into schooling of planning and architecture that score is enoughi guess  There are two courses in SPA. 1.B.Ach in architecture 2.B.Arch in planning. For getting a seat in b.arch architecture u need a rank below 500 and for getting a seat in b.arch planning you need a rank below 2000.

Let me tell your rank first. You will get around 2000 rank in crl. You have low chances of getting any NIT for barch with this percentile.

But you have high chances of getting spa of bhopal and vijaywada. You also have some chance for delhi as last year closing rank was 2052.
