admission to this college is done on the basis of KCET. Other requirements are 

• Applicants must have passed class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with any one of the following subjects, namely, Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology and Electronics) from a recognized university or institute.
• Students must have at least 45% marks in class 12 or equivalent examination.
• There is relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category candidates (SC/ ST/ OBC).

i will suggested you to go with the Bio Medical in Manipal. Why because the scope is higher in Medical field even you also know on what basis i am telling.

even Computer Science is also a better choice but not better than Medical

and it's also basis of your qualification also.

In answer to your question I would say that, Manipal University is much better than any other college affiliated to VTU. So the answer will be Biomedical from Manipal. 

But before you finalize your decision, I will strongly suggest you to build your career based upon your interest, because what's better will not work in future, but what's best for you will surely work. 

So I will advise you to leave this question and focus on what you want to pursue.

I would like to inform you that this basically depenns upon the number of students appling in the colleges, still i would like to answer you

1.Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore

2.Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur

3.The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore

4.Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore

5.Ballari Institute of Technology and Management, Bellary

Still i would recommend you to try in top 5 first then in above mentioned colleges as in many top colleges seats remain vaccant just after councelling. So go immediately agter spot councelling, there are chances where you may get your wishes fullfilled.

to get into this VTU belagum you must have less than 20k rank to get branches like Mech civil and others i told the rank considering as general .

while you can jioin to the colleges with VTU afflicated with any count of rank
