• Applicants must have passed class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with any one of the following subjects, namely, Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology and Electronics)

i will suggested you to go with the Bio Medical in Manipal. Why because the scope is higher in Medical field even you also know on what basis i am telling.

even Computer Science is also a better choice but not better than Medical

In answer to your question I would say that, Manipal University is much better than any other college affiliated to VTU. So the answer will be Biomedical from Manipal.

to get into this VTU belagum you must have less than 20k rank to get branches like Mech civil and others i told the rank considering as general .
