AIMT Lucknow Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The Blocks have been aesthetically designed and are located in serene surroundings so as to give a feeling of being at home. We provide students with facilities for some interesting leisure-time activities. The Boys’ Hostel is named as Brij Narayan Misra Hostel and has a capacity of 300 Students.

The college has Medical Facility –The Academy has physicians on its rolls to visit the AIMT campus regularly. They can be consulted at the Campus Dispensary. The institute is located close to major hospitals in Lucknow, for accessing emergency services if immediate medical attention is required. The College also has 24 hours Ambulance service to cater to the emergency medical needs of students.

The library operates on an open access system. The students have free in- hand facilities for books and journals through the use of a computerized catalog. The Journal Section, apart from general science magazines, subscribes to around 75 national and international engineering, technical and scientific journals, conference proceedings and transactions published by reputed institutions like the IEEE, IETE, ISTE etc. The Audio-Video Section, equipped with the latest in trend audio-video systems, with information and full course lectures, VCDs of eminent professors from IITs, is striving for the unlimited ambit of frontier vision in education technology. In addition, our library is supported by DELNET and all the University previous year question papers are available in the library for student’s access.

The exposure to co-curricular activities in the form of games, both indoor and outdoor and cultural activities helps to develop individual initiative, group leadership, and cooperation in students. The institute has facilities for Table Tennis, Billiards, Badminton, VolleyBall, Air Hockey, Air Foot Ball and Cricket.

The college has seminar hall has a theater-style setting, spread over an area of 3000 sq.feet. It can comfortably accommodate 200 individuals. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for international conferences, symposium, meetings, seminars, concerts, presentations, and performances. The hall is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual devices providing services such as video conferencing, a sound system and audio-visual material.

The Teaching-Learning pedagogy used in the classrooms is IT enabled and almost all the classrooms are fitted with LCD projectors, OHPs, and sound systems. The lecture halls can accommodate 80 students in one class and tutorial classes are designed for a strength of 20-30 students.
