Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru Campus Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The campus has four boys' hostels in the college. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Boys hostel facility has a dining hall, where hygienically prepared vegetarian food is served.  The hostels are under the control of the Chief Warden. There is a Deputy Chief Warden, Faculty Wardens, and Resident Wardens to assist the Chief Warden. Pure and wholesome vegetarian food is served buffet-style in the hostel.

The campus has two girls' hostels in the college. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham hostel facility has a dining hall, where hygienically prepared vegetarian food is served.  The hostels are under the control of the Chief Warden. There is a Deputy Chief Warden, Faculty Wardens, and Resident Wardens to assist the Chief Warden. Pure and wholesome vegetarian food is served buffet-style in the hostel.

The campus has a library facility that is very spacious. It is built over an area of 1213 sq. meters and can accommodate over 200 students. The reading hall has a total seating capacity of 150 students and is spread over an area of 325 sq. meters. The college library is well-furnished and provides an ambiance, conducive to learning and research for the students.  The well-stocked racks of the library consist of textbooks, reference books, and periodicals. The college library has a digital section too. The library is enabled with LIBSOFT, an advanced library management software. Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) and WEB OPAC provide access to databases, books, journals, and other e-resources. OPAC and WEB OPAC provide easy access to any documents and databases.

The campus premise has Dhanalakshmi Bank, functional on all working days. Students can avail of personal banking facilities from the extension counter. The Bank ATM facility is open 24X7.

The campus has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The campus has fully Wifi connected. The campus provides a 2.8 Mbps internet facility, which includes one 512 Kbps, 256 Kbps broadband, one 128 Kbps ISDN, and one 2 Mbps leased line connection. The campus has computer labs for students and staff members, all connected to the internet.

The campus has pure and wholesome hygienically prepared vegetarian foods. The cafeteria menu also incorporates North Indian dishes.

The campus provides a clinic with a doctor and a nurse inside the campus. Local villagers too can access the clinic.

The campus has a General store that caters to stationery and other requirements like domestic goods, provisions, etc. The store also stocks our math publications, audio/ video cassettes, herbal/ayurvedic products, etc. produced by the Math 

The campus has a transport buses pick up and drop day- scholars from specified locations in Bangalore city and en route, on payment of a nominal fee.

The college provides separate gym facilities for boys and girls. The gym is equipped with Treadmills, Upright bikes, Elliptical Cross trainers and Multi- stationed machines.

The campus Alumni Associations strive to create and promote a lifelong bond between alumni and students and inspire them to care about the past, present, and future of Amrita. Students feel a rapport.

The Campus has a sports facility consisting of indoor and outdoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, cricket, etc.

The college has department-based laboratory facilities for the students.
