The fees structure for the same courses regardless of the department you choose, are more or less the same. In short, if you're pursuing BTECH from a particular college, you'll have to pay the same fees for CSE as well as Civil for that college. CSE has some extra add ons like AI and ML which can cost you some extra bucks but more or less it's the same for both the departments.
