Management Quota Fees Structure: 2 lakhs Tuition fees per annum for students joining BIT through class 12th marks, a donation is also charged for direct admission seats depending on the choice of branch. Hostel Fees: Hostel Fees at BIT campus is 70 thousand for food and accommodation for all B.E students

BIT bangalore is a well structured private university of India. Inorder to take admission in BIT you may apply through various entrance examination like JEE mains, Comedk etc.
As you said you have 75 marks in Mains as well you belong from OBC Category it will depend on the cuttoff of JEE where your rank will lie but apart from the the cuttoff you should also be start preparing for COMEDK examination because colleges in Karnataka like BIT , RV will take most of the applicants via comedk exam. So put JEE mains number behind and be ready for Comedk inorder to take admission in BIT bangalore.
As you said you are from OBC Category and i don't think so your fee structure will vary from General Category students because BIT is a private college and it doesn't follow the caste procedure for their admission.

Yes there are two entrance exams conducted for admission in BIT Banglore i.e comedk and kcet.These two exams are conducted to give admission in karnataka colleges.COMEDK exam is open for all states students and is scheduled to be conducted on 13th May.It consists of 180 questions with 60 questions each from p/c/m and is of 1 mark each which is to be solved in 180 minutes.No negative marking.You can visit http://www.comedk.org to apply for it.While KCET is not open for other state students.You can visit it's website for more details.

College Infrastructure
In our college, the department library is well-equipped with numerous books of many authors for reference along with digital libraries. Every floor has its own Wi-Fi. Classrooms are clean along with smart classrooms. Hostels are well furnished and are easily accessible to college along with a college bus facility. Food is very likely to be homemade. The canteen is clean and hygienic. Our college supports sports enthusiasts very much.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is good in my College. Libraries provide good facilities along with a digital library, and our college also has a separate reading room for students. Classrooms are well-versed with a large area and highly ventilated. The hostel has a good facility for students, which provides good quality food. Our college has 2 canteens in which students can get good quality food at a reasonable cost.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is moderate. The classrooms are good but are small. We have only one quadrangle to play all games like football, volleyball, badminton etc. There are no indoor games. Tedx and volleyball are actively done. Library is big and many books are available.
