Considering your CML rank and the previous year cutoffs for bit sundri , chances are very less for you ti get a seat there. , as one needs ap minimum rank of 1000 to get there.

If you are a student of general category then you have no chances of getting admission in BIT SINDRI with this rank as the previous year's cutoff rank was 700 in 1st round and 1100 in 2nd round.

It could be little harder for electrical branch . Top rankholders generally take up the branch.
But you have great chances of branches other than mechanical, electrical, and CSE.
2nd round Counselling is also conducted. You might get it in the second round.

It depends upon your choice....but according to me if u are an average student then u should drop a year and get into nit or iit...
Except mechanical, cs ,electrical and ece you are eligible for all branches.
yes forsure you will definitely get admissionon the basis of your bc 1 category rank as tyour rank is tpo good to get admission there . all the best have a great future ahead.

College Infrastructure
As per my experience, college infrastructure is not upto the ideal expectation. It is neither too good not too bad. Current lecture halls and laboratories are not good but new lecture halls and research centres is almost completed. Sports infrastructure is not upto the mark.

All new bulidings are good in design as well as they looks too much attrective like new admin building, lecture hall, auditorium,1st year hostel etc..but yeah old department building are not that meet your expectations ..
