Rating and review of this college is four and half.

The college nearly has all the necessary infrastructure. The classrooms are equipped with smartclasses and wifi. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.The library also has a lot of books. But still the college lacks some facilities which should be given soon.

The academics are good and especially the cse and it department has a very good academic.There are sufficient amount of teachers and studying this course makes us job ready.So the CSE & IT dept is the best in this college overall.

This college is the best example for value for money as it is the second cheapest college of India and gives a lot of return for the money we invest. It costs nearly 50k a year and is a great value for money college.

The college campus is good.There is a club ground with all the basic facilities. But still there are a lot of things lacking such as a Students Activity Centre, swimming pool, and also there are lot of forests in the campus.They should be removed and more infrastructure should be made to make the college campus more vibrant.

The college is nice and the people here are aso nice. I have completed my 2 years at this college. And hope more 2 years will be peaceful.If yu are determined then definitely u can succeed from this college and also crack higher exam or govt exam.

Yes we do have all the necessary infrastructure including smart classes,smart boards and all other necessary things required for sound learning. Though machines in labs are not at proper work infact it's just like showpiece just to gain theoretical knowledge.

Recently there was change in the board from the session 2018-22.It has now shifted from VBU to JUT this has brought about various changes in the syllabus which is based on the requirements of various companies.

Placements are not so good as compared to NIT's or IIT's .Even core branches donot get properly placed here.but still there are companies visiting every year and the talented ones do get placed in some or the other companies.

The cost charged in our studies is very nominal compared to other colleges, specially for girl's the examination charges are just Rs32.But we do have to go through the hostel and mess charges which really costs a lum some amount specially for students from poor financial background.

we have indoor games available for entertainment .girls have time boundation for entering their.attendances are taken in hostel on regular basis.but due to poor street lights we have to face a lot of difficulties specially during power cutts.

The college is in it's way towards renovation and upgradation.we have incubation centers labs for research, there are facilities from Siemens teaching us 3D designing, milling coding,robocad and many more things.

Sometimes college fails to provide all the facilities as in laboratories many equipments aren't available and sometimes few are only available. While talking about sports Centre it also lacks some equipments and there is no facility of WiFi and smartbords have recently being installed but the problem is that how it works many professor don't know and they must be trained for that. Hostels are not maintained properly as the damaged ones are not replaced on time and food quality is moderate.

I am currently pursuing b.tech in electrical engineering . The quality of teaching is good as professors make a lot of effort and students are also competitive. The curriculum is updated but needs some more updates on the recent developments in the field.

The quality of placement at college is moderate and surely it has seen Detoriation with time but it might see increments in the upcoming years. I am not yet placed but Yes the college is very supportive at the time placement.

The college is full fledged government Institute so the fees are quite less as comparison to any other engineering college with a good reputation. Especially girls are benefited as they are given special fee concession. Cost of course is approx 60k per annum and for four years it comes to 4 lacs.

College campus is good but needs to be updated as there is nothing much to explore and the campus has many trees and it feels like the college is located in some forest. Students are engaged in various activities for their overall personality development. Students,teachers and support staff are supportive. The location is pretty safe and proper rules and regulations are there which needs to be followed by each student.

Here I m persuing Electonics n communication Engineering .I m 1st yr student here.. All classes run regularly n teachers take their classes seriously. Syllabus is running accordingly JUT,which is updated as per under guidlines by IITs.teachers r well qualified.

Total no of placed student is 318.The highest package offered was 10.12 lpa by honda r&d.The average package is 4.8 lpa.c ompanies that visit here r Tata steel.,vedanta,tcs.l,adaani,AQ,L& T,ABG n many more.This time samsung had also visited.T AP cell is working for betterment .One thing is that if once u r placed in any company then u r not allowed to sit in another company interviews.

Cost is at its lowest price.for a general cateogary student per year acedamic cost is near about 20,000 which includes all acedamics charges with hostel charges admission charges electricity charges.Mess fee u have to pay 3000 per month beside.

Here seimens lab is available.new buildings r very good.Electrical n Mechanical labs r better than many of NITs n even IITs.Meritorious students r also getting funds for their future ideas .

Infrastructure is quite gud in bit.. though being old but bit has taken all the modern facilities under consideration..smart boards are now used for giving lectures..some machines in labs are not working but if improved..we might learn much more..wifi facilities are lagging but overall good infrastructure.

Professors here are highly knowledgeable. They are trained.. teaching way is though not good.. assignments are given more than notes... hectic shedule whole day makes it less possible for students to have self study..

Quality of placements are quite good..many companies approach here .. though percentage of students placed is less .more adequate steps for placements are required.procedures for it is medium..both technical and knowledge aspects are judged.. college is supportive.

Bit has valued the money in every field .be it education charge,mess charge,seats for girls etc . charges are less . allowing every kind of person or student to have education here...it is really gud to have such gud facilities in less price.

College campus is out of main town.. making it safe nd clean..but since bit is an open campus..it is difficult for students to live with outsiders..as they enter and leave as per their requirement.. location is well maintained..safe..in case of emergencies.. proper ambulance facilities are also present..

Yes the college is well and good regarding the infrastructure but there is work going on to make it better, the classroom are quite big and tidy, the point is it's interactive and laboratory except the chemistry lab are good all necessary equipment are present. I hate to say this but yeah my college lacks in providing WiFi facility to the students and the work going on for the last 5 years , the living spaces and the food are all clean and hygienic all issues regarding these.

I am a student of BTech in chemical engineering currently in 4th semester, the teaching faculties are all excellent in their respective fields and the teaching quality is all right , yes our curriculum is upto date we are offered many co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to perform which is excellent for building knowledge for our respects field and the industrial visit makes us job ready.

About placement in my college I would say it's average but still getting better year by year, as our alumni are getting into prominent designation in multi brand industries, the scope is well and good. The average placement package obtained in 2019 was 5.5 lakhs annually.

The fees structure is very minimal , you can complete your BTech in just 3-4 lakhs which is very less compared to other prominent colleges in the country.

The campus is huge and is very scenic , our college covers almost around 480 acres of land, every necessary suppliments are available nearby and the bad thing it's just a bit out of town area that is no hospitals are present nearby I mean like within 10-15 minutes distance. Every other things are all righty right.

Our college is spread over 40 acre. It has different building for different branch of engineering. The college have many laboratory for different experiment. But some laboratory need to get new equipment and need full restoration. Classrooms are old and the benches need to change. Although some classroom are equipped with projector, white board and speaker. Library contain the required the book but some rugged old. Also there is no facility of online books.

I'm studying chemical engineering.Beacause it has one of the highest paid job in the world .The quality of teaching is not good some professor are good and are capable of teaching but most are just not understandable. The syallbus that we are currently following is outdated and not practical.It changes everyear and it's improving.

The placement are not good in percentage ranges from 20-40% in different branches. The highest paid job was 12 lakh. The average salary offered is 3 lakh/year. The professor and placement cell help the student. The fully support and ready for any help.

As it is a government college, the fees are very less. BIT, Sindri is one the most low price college in India. It's great for value for money.

Life in this college is like any other colleges , there are different clubs that you can join as per your interests. The clubs organises many events and shows for students to participate. The location is quite outskirts of Dhanbad. It is surrounded by forest. It's safe. Although there small foxes around the campus but they are harmless.

Nice College , infrastructure is improving at a significant rate. The campus area is large about 450 acres . The buildings are being rejuvenated . New buildings for accomodation are being made . Cleanliness of hostels is an issue .

Similar to many colleges in India . Attendance is a burden for students. Lack of exposure don't let students to explore variety of topics . New faculties can be called dynamic but uselessly strict . Not an autonomous institute so the academics are constrained.

Below average packages and placement percentage . The average salary is no more than 5 lakh. More than half of the students do not get placement . Companies like TCS , wipro Ltd . Visit at a meagre packe of about 4 LPA .

Less financial load for people. Total expenditures for 4 years I less than 4 lakhs .

College facilities are not too good in comparison with other colleges but quite satisfactory . Classrooms are big and cleaned , college has a good central library . Smart boards are also introduced in the classes .

I'm being a mechanical engineering student really thinks good about the college because this college has many big and proper working workshops .The professors are experienced and quality of education is good .

BIT SINDRI is India's best engineering college for value of money. In this college you are going to complete your 4 year engineering degree in just that amount of money you have to spent in any private college for 1 year . And if you have reservation than your academic fees is very less.

Hostels and mess are good. Rooms are not too big to adjust four students but it can be managed. Nearly 24 hours of electricity supply Is given . The staffs are also supportive . A watchman is always present on the door of the hostels

My own experience is quite good in this college . This college campus is totally ragging free. This year one student got 9th rank in gate from mechanical branch which inspired all the students . In this college a free coaching for gate is organized only for students of BIT SINDRI
