I hope you are doing well. Your question is quite difficult because VIT and BITS are too good in their own way. As you asked me regarding only placement, education and campus then I will say BITS(any branch i.e goa, Hyderabad, etc) colleges are best compared to VIT.

On the basis of previous year trends,you would be getting only B.Pharm in the Pilani and the Hyderabad campuses.
The M.Sc courses may be a little hard to get as they close around 250 marks but you might have a chance as the threshold is not too much.

Based on previous year cutoff , it seems you can get biological science at pilani campus and biological science and chemistry at goa and hyderabad campus if this year cutoff follows same trend as last year, however it is expected to be more or less the same.

The infrastructure is state-of-the-art. The lecture halls are fully air-conditioned, designed with individual charging ports at every seat, and the massive multi-floor central library is an architectural marvel.
Classrooms, labs and the main academic building is well taken care of. Hostels are subpar and can use renovation, but livable. Sports facilities are also very good. WiFi in hostel lags a lot, could use an upgrade.
The infrastructure is really great in the college. All the buildings are really well maintained and clean. The lecture halls are very large and spacious with all the modern facilities. Hostels are also very clean.
