BITT Polytechnic Placement Process
The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) invites companies by sending a letter and course details.
Companies visit the campus for a Pre-Placement Talk, either before or during the selection process.
TPC informs students about the company’s requirements and asks them to submit resumes or marks.
TPC sends the student applications to the company.
The company shortlists candidates and shares the list with TPC.
A date is fixed for the campus recruitment or selection process.
After the selection, the company gives the final list of selected students.
Offer letters are sent to TPC, which distributes them to students.
Students confirm their acceptance of the offers through TPC, which informs the company.

College is not good for diploma

The Quality of placement is very poor and very less company visits. There is zero to no placements for CSE students. For other branch companies like Jindal, Bosch visits but they also offers very less salary. Overall placement scenario is bad. There is very less assistance is provided by the Placement and Training cell.

There is no placement at all. They just put photos of students which doesn't even got placed in any company. Companies do come for civil and mechanical branches but they offer very less package and for CSE and ECE branch it doesn't have any placement offers.
