Based on your AP EAMCET rank and your category, chances of admission at Vignan Nirula Institute of Technology & Science for Women is tough, since the closing cutoff for CSE was around 24000 rank.

However, other colleges where you can get admission in Guntur for CSE are Nalanda Institute of technology, Chalapathi Institute of Engineering etc.
