percentile or percentage cutoff is not available as it has given the cutoff score for different categories and streams,

25% of your Math, physics and chemistry aggregate marks if you  are from MPC stream. Or from maths,physics and biology  if you are from BiPC stream. and 75% of your eamcet marks. So, 25% of however much ever you score out of 600(MPC) will be taken into count.

No mcet exam is for its own college for these colleges you have to fill their respective for forms for bits pilani there is bitsat , for vit there is bites and for arm they do it through SRM jee.

Bitsat form is not out yet but you can fill
