Placements were good enough. Almost 100% of all clear students got placed. Also, the students with 3 to 5 arrears also got placed. Placements are all about the students' stuff and involvement in the studies and placement point of views. Companies like Wipro, Hexaware, HGS etc visited the campus with core and non-core vacancies. Students also got placed in CTS, TCS, HCL, Sify, IBM etc throughout the campus arrangements provided by our college.

EGS Pillay Engineering College placements are good. Final-year students are eligible for campus interviews. The college placement training team conducts many placement interviews. Ninety percent of students are placed in good companies. Most students are placed in companies like Wipro, TVS, Yamaha, Hyundai, TCS, and Zoho. The highest salary package is 15 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA.
