Ranked #43 among Engineering colleges in India by NIRF | Highest Package 1.3 CR , 100% Placements
Ranked #45 Among Universities in India by NIRF | 1950+ Students Placed 91% Placement, 800+ Recruiters
Classrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with smart boards. There is a well-equipped reading hall with Wi-Fi facility for easy study. There is the college library, which is well-maintained and organized with various divisions such as digital library, faculty resource section, and students' access corner.
The faculty of the college comprises a blend of experienced professionals and research-based teachers.Teachers are approachable, particularly while clearing doubts or direction for live projects.Guest lectures and Industrial visit are also organized for students.
Over 90% of the students who had opted actively for placements were placed. The highest package mentioned was ₹19 LPA, and the lowest package was around ₹3.5 LPA. The average package is around ₹7 LPA. The top hirers were Vedanta, Hexaware Technologies, Zycus, and Cognizant.
There are smart classes, central library with all modern facilities, Wi-Fi campus, and separate seminar halls for guest talks and training sessions. There are sports fields in the campus, medical room, and gym.
The majority of the professors either hold PhDs or have experience in the industry, and that is a major advantage while they deliver lessons. They have practical and interactive ways of teaching and hence it becomes simple for the students to learn real business situations.
Approximately 70–80% of our batch got placed in different companies. The average salary is ₹3–7 LPA depending on the specialization and performance of the student. Placement training is provided by the college throughout the course, including aptitude classes, soft skill training, group discussion, and mock interviews.
The canteen within the college is nice and at reasonable prices, and there is a huge play area for sports such as cricket, football, and volleyball, which provides a perfect balance of study and recreation.
The teachers here are a combination of old-timers and freshers. They are mostly friendly and teach in an application-based mode with related examples in real business contexts. you can approach professors completely freely for project assistance, questions, or placements.
The large recruiters were HDFC Life, IDFC First Bank, Byju's, Reliance Retail, and Square Yards. The placement cell is also busy in searching for opportunities and conducting aptitude classes and mock interviews, but students have to be proactive in order to get the best opportunities.
The central library is air-conditioned and computerized, and late working hours are maintained with a huge stock of industry and academic books. There is even a new arrival section. The classrooms too are well separated, smart-board enabled, and comfortable for lengthy lecture hours.
Most of the teachers go out of their way to help students with case studies, projects, and even placement. The course is functional and well-planned, though I felt that some of the topics were given fewer classes, which made it more difficult to grasp all the topics thoroughly.
The maximum package so far has been ₹25 LPA, while the minimum has been roughly ₹2.5 LPA with an average package of approximately ₹4 LPA. Leading recruitment companies like Dabur, Paytm, PolicyBazaar, Kotak Mahindra, and Bisleri recruited on campus, along with some mid-size financial, HR, and marketing companies.
The classrooms are air-conditioned, and lab facilities are provided for courses such as business analytics and finance software. The canteen is hygienic, affordable, and good food is served. There isn't a hostel on campus, but the college has a tie-up with a private hostel near it.
The teachers are good-natured and very humble. They do support students during internals, projects, and final exams. The professors are mostly well-qualified academically, and the course is inclined more towards practical experience rather than theoretical. Case studies, presentations, and workshops form part of regular classes.
Decent number of students have been placed by organizations such as Axis Securities, ICICI Prudential, Naukri.com, and EY GDS. The placement committee is functional and also friendly, with regard to interviews, aptitude sessions, and even group discussions.
Hostel food is better than most colleges, though there are a few bad days in terms of quality and taste as well. The college campus is clean and well planned, and the departments also have projectors and general lab equipment. Wi-Fi is available but not of normal speed, particularly in hostels.
The faculty experience varies from department to department. Whereas some of the instructors are highly cooperative, seasoned, and friendly, others lack hands-on exposure and do not keep the interest in the classes alive.
I was a bit disappointed with the placement scenario there, primarily the diversity of jobs and package sizes. Although some students are placed, the total opportunities aren't impressive. The highest recently offered package was ₹7 LPA and the lowest was ₹3 LPA. A few big companies such as Coforge, HCL, Mphasis, and Hexaware come to the campus, but with limited posts, mostly with basic IT support or service-based jobs.
The classrooms are smart-enabled with projectors, and there are modern systems in the labs. The canteen is clean and the food is pretty reasonably priced, hostel facilities are provided on-campus to MBA students as well which is a good thing.
The MBA syllabus is based on the AKTU model and thus some topics are somewhat outdated, particularly in those areas that are evolving very rapidly such as digital marketing or business analytics. Still, the teachers make an attempt to bridge the gap between industry and academia through workshops, guest lectures, and seminars.
Around 90% of the students from our batch got placed in Galgotia's MBA program. The maximum package that was offered was around ₹21 LPA, while the minimum package was around ₹3 LPA. Some of the key hiring companies were NoBroker, Delhivery, Navi Technologies, and PhonePe.
Multiple Wi-Fi routers are provided on every floor to ensure stable connectivity to the internet. The classrooms are air-conditioned and projectors-equipped for presentations and lectures to provide an interactive learning process.
The faculty members at Galgotia's MBA department are highly experienced and include a few professors with Ph.D.s and professional backgrounds. They are highly cooperative and provide support to students in academics as well as project work and career guidance.
Placement from the Galgotia's Campus is Literally Amazing. The highest package given has been up to ₹20 LPA and the lowest package typically reaches ₹4 LPA. Job positions provided vary depending on specializations, which are Business Analyst, Marketing Executive, HR Associate, and Financial Analyst.
MBA student facilities are clean and well-structured. The class is properly ventilated, organized, and accessible to a concentrated learning setup. Wi-Fi availability in academic blocks and computer labs gives students reliable internet for studying and completing assignments.
Teaching faculty of MBA at GCET is friendly and experienced. Well-educated subject-matter experts are always ready to help in doubts and academic counseling. Pedagogy is based on case studies, presentations, and exposure.
Approximately 80% to 90% of MBA students are being placed through campus placements if they are fulfilling the eligibility and performance criteria. The highest offered package has been ₹24 LPA, and the lowest is approximately ₹6.5 LPA, and approximately ₹9 LPA average for top players.
The exterior of the building and entrance of GCET appear fantastic. The classrooms are usually clean, The library is packed, and a quiet spot is not difficult to find. But one thing that is really excellent is the canteen food very delicious and very reasonably priced for students.
The students are usually confused, and the questions are hardly solved to their satisfaction. Theory could make you industry ready but in practice, there is not much or no exposure. There is more formality of presentation and group work than study.
Out of a batch of approximately 70% students of MBA are placed in on-campus placement, The highest package was about ₹18 LPA, but these are rare with not-so-top companies. The lowest package is about ₹3.5 LPA. Some internship opportunities are arranged by the college.
Hi aspirant, if you are residing in the college hostel than you have or posses mess accessibility 3-4 times a day including breakfast, lunch, snacks time, dinner. The outsiders or the day scholars are allowed to take lunch if they pay it cost otherwise they are not allowed. They can take food in canteen by paying its cost.
Thank You.
