The classrooms are good, but some of the lab equipment looks old and that area is rarely used. The food at the canteen is not something that people would rave about - students usually prefer ordering from outside.The library is well-stocked with books and updated study material, so it is a great help in academic preparation.
The faculty members are always ready to help and they clear the doubts properly, but not all of them are equally skilled for industry-based teaching. Exams are not very tough, and the assessment is student-friendly. The syllabus is as per university norms and is changed regularly, so we are exposed to new topics every year.
The companies of various sectors like finance, consulting, ed-tech, and retail come to the campus for recruitment. Average packages are decent, and a few students even manage to get higher offers through off-campus drives with the help of theplacement cell.
The MBA block of GCET Noida is equipped with modern facilities for management students. There are a couple of fully-fledged computer labs with the assistance of lab attendants, a well-equipped library with the latest management books, and roomy classrooms with the projectors.
The faculty members in our institute are of top-notch quality, and they are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of them have industry experience in marketing, finance, and HR, which, in turn, makes the interactions in the classroom more lively and informative.
Nearly 70–75% of the students in my batch have been able to get jobs through campus placement drives. While the highest package went up to ₹12–13 LPA, the lowest was around ₹4 LPA depending on the skills of the employee.
The food in the mess is great compared to what you expect—simple, clean, and served on time. Besides, the college is equipped with a central library having a vast collection of the latest management books, journals, and digital resources.
The faculty of the MBA department consists of members who are not only supportive and approachable but also highly qualified. They give us the detailed notes during the time of exams and they also help us a lot while giving presentations and doing projects
Our college was visited by many famous companies like Phoenix Analytics Pvt. Ltd., StratEdge Consulting, NimbusCorp Solutions, FinAxis Global, and a handful of mid-size marketing firms. Besides, the average package of the batch hovered between ₹5.5–₹7 LPA, with the highest going close to ₹11 LPA for a business development and strategy role.
The infrastructure of MBA block is good. There are well-maintained and clean classrooms as well as seminar halls, which are used for presentations and guest sessions. The internet facility in the academic area is smooth; however, it may be slow at a peak hour. Besides that, the library is also very neat and has lots of management books, case studies, and journals
The faculty members are very competent and well-informed, and it is said that quite a few of them had good corporate positions before changing their career path to academics. In general, they carry out the teaching with the help of real-life situations, class discussions, and weekly presentations.
In our batch, some of the major recruiters were Reliance Retail, Kotak Life, Mahindra Logistics, Arbour Advisors, and Axis Securities. Students with good communication skills were able to get more attractive roles like management trainee and business development associate. The minimum package in our batch was close to ₹3.2 LPA, and the maximum was over ₹18 LPA.
There are well-maintained drinking water facilities with proper R.O. filtration systems. The mess food is just average and not too palatable; thus, most of the students have their meals in the canteen or at the nearby food shops. The classrooms are in decent shape, but only some blocks have smart classroom facilities.
Most of the teachers are between 30 and 40 years old, and several of them have M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. Teaching quality varies as per the teacher—some teachers clarify the concepts very well whereas others are very much dependent on PPTs. Overall, they charge you intellectually, even though they are very friendly and kind.
The maximum package for our batch was close to ₹9 LPA, whereas the minimum package was around ₹3 LPA. Most students have been offered a salary of around ₹3–4.5 LPA. The list of companies that came for the campus drive included Birlasoft, Paytm Services, Nagarro, DXC Technology, and Genpact, and the roles were dominantly technical support, QA, and entry-level development.
The lecture halls are roomy, climate-controlled and have projector facilities for the practical courses. The library is full of business magazines, journals, and research materials, besides having access to e-journals. The computer labs have the latest systems installed with data analytics and business simulations software.
GCET Noida faculty members are well-educated and nice to talk with. Most of them have Ph.D. or MBA degrees from renowned institutes and have some corporate experience, hence the lectures are more practical and industry-oriented.
Campuses recruit around 80–85% of the students yearly through on-campus placement drives. The top recruiters are Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Life, Tech Mahindra, and Nestlé India, among others. The median salary package is roughly ₹5–6 LPA, with the highest salary going up to ₹10 LPA to the best-performing students.
The entire college is Wi-Fi enabled, and the seminar hall is always busy with guest lectures, workshops, and other student engagements. The hostels are also good and are being managed in a proper way, with security 24/7 and a warden always available for help.
The faculty members of GCET Noida are well educated, have a good amount of experience and are industry-oriented. Most of the professors have a Doctorate and have experience in the corporate sector before moving to academics, which enables them to relate theories with business scenarios.
The college is in partnership with multiple reputed organizations that offer both internships and final placements. Several good companies, including Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Lombard, Decathlon, Axis Bank, and Deloitte, come to the campus for placement drives.

A great number of reputed companies such as HDFC Life, Aditya Birla Capital, Decathlon, and Kotak Securities come to the campus for recruitment every year. Students have also been able to grab internships at Dabur and PolicyBazaar, which gave them the much-needed corporate exposure.
