Ramaiah institute of technology is a  autonomous private engineering college that offers  postgraduate and undergraduate programmes . It was established in year 1962 and ranks 59 in nirf engineering rankings.

The admission to B.tech, M.tech courses are majorly done through Comedk examinations. We can't say anything about the branch as the branch selection is totally based upon your interest. As it's but obvious that you won't want to waste your four years just in studying a course in which you have no interest for the sake of good placement. But if we talk about ramaiah Institute of technology then it is one of the best college of Bangalore. It is famous and well known among students and crowd just because of its amazing placement. As it has offered the highest package around 50lpa and the average is around 6-7lpa.

So, if you are getting your desired branch in this colleges then you should not leave this opportunity.

According to my research, RAMAIAH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has a big name amongst students and parents too. It has been ranked 40 under latest NIRF ranking. It has a very good placement statistics for CSE, IT,ECE students but for civil the highest package offered is 6lpa only and average ranges around 3-3.5lpa.although the faculties are pretty good for CIVIL too you can get to know about your branch but you may have to face difficulties during placement. I would suggest if you have chances for civil in bmsce and rvce then you should for those colleges. As these both colleges have pretty decent placement for civil too.

For admission in VJTI in B.Tech course through lateral entry you need to have passed diploma in the same year in which will apply and you must also have completed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with minimum 45% marks (40% for backwards casts).

As you are in 9th standard no need to worry much you can get seat in Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pune. If you have dedication and determination.
