150/200 is the marks that is required to get a sure shot seat in CSE by the initial rounds of counselling in the main campus. 140+ will get you CSE by intrasliding most probably. 112/200 will get you a rank of around 7500–8500. give try but there is quite less chances of getting CSE

while you can get other branches definately

Frankly to say there is very less chances of getting seat in Manipal beacuse 80 is not sufficent marks probably you might get non core branch if have good luck by the previous year cutt off was marks with 100

so keep les hope in MU find out for some othe choice

Note that there is no entrance exam that is required by the colleges to take admission through lateral entry window, that is, admissions to students who have a diploma to their second year undergraduate course. 

So, there is no need to worry. I would just advice you to contact the college you want to study directly for more information.

Can you please clarify your doubt?

Yes you can go for computer science stream in engineering colleges or university but they require the latest scores not the earlier score like that of 2015, so i think you have to once again give the entrence exam like JEE mains and than can get the desired college .
