MES College boys' hostel is well furnished with huge rooms that contain all the amenities. There are beds, a wardrobe, chair, and table present in every room of the hostel. Also, the hostel is covered with CCTV cameras for safety purposes. 

The college provides the students with accommodation that will always a home-away-from-home feel and ambiance while staying. Separate hostel facilities are arranged for girls at affordable rates outside the college campus, fully under the control of the college.

A college-qualified medical practitioner is available for medical treatment on the campus. There is a medical team that is present 24x7 for any medical assistance. Also, the college conducts routine check-ups every year so that students are healthy and can focus on their academics.

The college is well equipped with a fully automated central library having more than thousands of technical books, national and international journals, CDs/ DVDs, and others. A good digital library has been established in the central library premises with effective e-learning resources like e-books, e-databases, and e-journals like ASTM, J-Gate, IEEE, etc.

There are indoor and outdoor sports provided by the college for students. The college also conducts sports competitions annually in which students participate and win lots of prizes. The sports competitions are also held at the college, district, state, and other levels as well. 

MESCET Kunnukara has high-speed internet access, which is open to students and staff on all days except. There are also a good number of CCTV cameras, which are of good quality. All the computers present in the college are updated regularly and are of the latest technology. 

The college campus has a canteen near the main block. At the canteen, dishing out menus is highly popular among students as well as staff members. Students enjoy their food in a clean, well-maintained, aesthetic, and appetising atmosphere. The cafeteria provides all types of Indian food at a very reasonable price. 

Every year, most of the events, programmes, and activities are held in the auditorium. The college auditorium is huge, spacious, and can accommodate a good number of students. Some of the programmes held in the auditorium are conferences, seminars, competitions, guest lectures, and others. 

MESCET Kunnukara has a bus facility which is made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in the city. This facility has made it possible to start the classes on time, thereby helping the academic process. Our bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students.

The college laboratories of all departments are well equipped with advanced equipment, modern software, and sophisticated instrumentation systems. There are faculty members present in the laboratory so that students can perform their practicals in a better way. 

MESCET Kunnukara has a guest house with A/C rooms for visiting faculty and guests. Every room is equipped with well-sized rooms and have all the facilities so that guests have a comfortable stay.  

MESCET Kunnukara parking space facilities are for its faculty, staff, and students. There are CCTV cameras for the safety of every vehicle that is parked. Also, the guards help vehicles to be parked in a disciplined and orderly manner. 

MESCET Kunnukara has an independent training and placement cell that arranges placement programmes by reputed companies and ensures placement for all eligible students. It plays a key role in counselling and guiding the students of the college for their successful campus placement. 

There are various well-equipped classrooms in the college. The classrooms contain well-furnished benches, chairs, tables, and others. Every classroom is huge, airy, spacious, and carries CCTV cameras for safety purposes. 

There are extracurricular activities facilities provided by the college, such as NSS and NCC. Through this, students learn discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and more. It also gives opportunities to the students to make new friends and learn about different cultures and communities.
