The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College gymnasium is set up in the Men’s Hostel and the Lady's Hostel with state-of-the-art equipment.

The college Library has a book collection of 34000 volumes and 10325 titles and continues to grow both in quantity and quality. They have recently added so many books to cater to the needs of the postgraduate students. Besides books, the collection includes magazines, technical journals, newspapers, and CD/DVDs. In addition to this, the college provides access to over 1500 e-journals through online databases. The core collection covers subjects such as computer science, information technology, engineering, pure sciences, life sciences, and business management. The humanities and social science sections of the library are very unique and invaluable.

The college has sports facilities that are provided to the students under the Professor of Physical Education. The college has facilities for indoor and outdoor activities. Indoor facilities are provided for Table Tennis, Chess, and Caroms. Outdoor facilities are provided for Volleyball, Basketball, football, cricket, shuttle Badminton, and athletics. With the commissioning of the auditorium indoor basketball and shuttle court will also be functioning.

The college has a Central Computer and Internet Facility that caters to the computing requirements of the institution. There are 700 Personal computers in the Institution. The central computer center is equipped with 13 high-end servers for various applications with a UPS. There are three different networks existing on the college campus- one for Academic purposes, one for Administration, and one for NPTEL video lectures and the Intranet. The academic network connects all the computer labs in various departments. The networks support licensing of various software, databases, the Internet, Intranet, CCNA Class, and various projects. The administrative network connects all departments, HODs, and Faculty rooms and provides administrative data exchange.

The college canteen, which is functioning on the college campus, provides all the delicious food/snacks at a highly subsidized rate. It can accommodate 200 students at a time. An evening fast-food counter is provided for the benefit of hostlers.

The College has fully equipped Seminar Halls available in all departments. Each one is provided with an LCD projector, audio system, and laptop.

The college has eighteen college buses that ply through the city and suburbs to the campus. They ply through different routes covering Attingal in the north, Thiruvallam in the south, Pettah in the west, and Balaramapuram in the east. There will be an additional bus which will leave the campus at 5.30 PM for those who are staying back to attend sports, the library/ computer center.

The college has an ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF M-CET (AM CET), which was formed in the year 2006 in order to promote interaction between the alumni and the college. The main objective of this association is to maintain contact with Alumni with the Alma mater and to foster the relationship between the past and present students of this college. The college is conducting ALUMNI GET TOGETHER and Annual General Body Meeting in December, and the Alumni Induction Programme on the last day of the theory examination.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The college has a Canara Bank, and the Branch is functioning on the campus. The bank operates from 10 am to 3:30 PM during normal working days and from 10 am to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. However, students will be permitted to use the bank between 11:15 AM and 1:15 PM only. Arrangements have been made with the bank to receive Tuition fees, University fees, etc, in addition to other banking transactions.

The college has a reprographic center is attached to the college library. Students can take photocopies of reference chapters from books/ textbooks/magazines and question papers for academic purposes.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
