Yes, you can apply for both. But at counseling you need to submit original certificates. If at 1, you submitted all, you can't get them to another.

will i be able to sit in placement of amazon if i have a backlog in one sub. in 2nd sem and cleared it in 3rd sem. Subject is life skills.

HI, That totally depends upon the placement company and even the college rules and policies.

Some don't take when you have backlogs.

As per the company you mentioned, I think there are less chances for selection until and unless you have remarkable knowledge and skills.
