The eligibility to sit in IMU CET exam is to have minimum of 50% marks in English and aggregate of 60% in class 12th. However in case of SC/ST category, there is relaxation of 5% marks. This relaxation doesn't apply for English subject.

Unless you belong to SC/ST category, I am sorry to say but you are not eligible.

It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

Looking at the trends we can say that out of 1700 seats in IISER about 1300 are reserved for the IAT.

Looking at this trend we can say that it is quite difficult for you to get into IISER . There are about 200 seats reserved for SC candidates.

Analysing all these, you have a small chance of getting into IISERs in the post allotment rounds after students drop out once they get admission into other engineering or medical colleges.

So please keep other options open.

As you have mentioned that you belong to VJ category and that is just applicable in Maharashtra, if you look at National level this category comes under OBC category. Looking at previous year's cut off trends for MBBS, candidates from OBC category required minimum 500-530+ marks in NEET to get a government seat. With the score you have mentioned it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. However you can try in semi government or private colleges for MBBS. At this ranks chances of you getting any, NIT or IIIT in any round whatsoever is highly unlikely. Maybe in CSAB rounds you can get some northeaster NIT that to in mechanical/chemical or production branch.

Other than that there is no possibility and that possibility too is very slim.

Yes after completing Bachelor of Technology in University School of Information, communication and Technology you can apply for admission in placement. You can surely go for BAMS, BHMS, OR B.UMS.

Although chances of bams are a bit low, but you surely will get b.h.m.s or b.u.m.s in west bengal by these marks.

A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced maximum two times in two consecutive years after passing Class 12th. Since you already have exhausted both the chances, so you cannot.

With the above mentioned rank in OBC category, and according to the previous years JEE mains Cutoff, you have very difficult chances of getting Any good NIT's or IIIT's with this much rank, even if you have home state quota. Although you can get some Low-ranked NIT's like NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Puducherry, only if you have the hoke state Quota, otherwise in All India Quota you have less chances of getting seat in NIT. The minimum required rank for getting Good NIT's must be around 16k-17k in jee mains.

But do not worry as you can get some other State Level engineering colleges with this rank and many private colleges as well.
