You haven't specified the exam you attended .if you are referring to NEET then you have qualifying marks for NEET but getting an admission to a government/Aided/Private colleges with this marks is really tough based on previous year data. But you can try again next time with the help

I will suggest you selecting BioTech at DTU over HBTI Kanpur Polymer. DTU has excellent faculty, research facilities and infrastructure. BioTech is not that bad a branch.
