The photo on my cat admit card is too small. Will they allow me to sit in the exam?

Once you download the admit card, doesn't it give you an option to affix a photograph on the admit card? You need to affix a passport size photograph and not stamp size photograph. You do not want to be under the fear whether you will be allowed for the exam or not due to a photograph on the admit card. If you have pasted a stamp size photograph, please download the soft copy of the admit card again and affix a passport size photograph. Take atleast 2 prints of the same and keep them until the whole admission process is done with. And please carry along with you any one among your Voter Id, Aadhar Id, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License. I am applying to TISS. I am in my 6th (final) semester now. I have an ATKT from semester 4. I have taken the supplementary examination. However, the results of that supplementary examination have not come out yet. Am I eligible to sit for TISSNET? Do advise, kindly. Thank you.

You appear for TISSNET without clearing your semester 4 papers.The eligibility criteria says that at the time of applying candidates studying in 3 year degree programs should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semester.

Hello, exam is for all. There is no bias that it will be only for boys or only for girls. It is a national exam which is highly recognized and holds a high value. All the eligibile candidates are allowed. It may be a girl or a boy. You can get more details from the official site.

presently I am in class 12 due to poor attendance school is not allowing me to sit in the board exam.whatbi will do now

75% attendance has been mandated by every schools. And until and unless you don't justify your low attendance like by providing reasons on medical grounds or financial grounds, you will not be able to sit in the examinations. Though its totally depends on the school. You must have to talk with school Principal about this along with your parents, and provide proper reason for your low attendance.

hi,
in general.it is mandatory to have 75% attendance in school to appear in board exam. you need to have discussion with the principle of school regarding your problems. if you have physical illness or any other financial problem happens you can discuss about this. if school do not allow you then your one year will be wasted. so I would suggest you to take your parents to school and have a talk with school authority.

I have a grace mark in physics and I sit for state entrance exam as I got rank 92 so they called me for councilling and kept my result withheld now they cancelled my admission kindly please tell me what should I do?

Hey aspirant ,

See if they have cancelled ur admission due to any of the reason then u aren't the part of the college or institution any more and the institution has no authority to keep ur result or any of the credentials thereafter. U can directly ask them to provide u the original credentials they have taken from you. U can also apply for other colleges after that there is no problem with Grace marks at a large basis. If they aren't providing u the credentials then u can approach the legal way for that.

The cutoff required for admission varies depending on many factors such as caste of the candidate, region to which the candidate belongs, etc. According to your rank, you have chances to get a seat. However, it is late to answer this query and the allotment list has been declared, I hope you have got a seat.

What if I score above the required criteria in all the sections except for the Achievers Section. Can I still sit for the second level of IEO?

You can only sit for the second level of SOF IEO if -

You are among the top 5% of students class wise, who appear for the 1st level exam,

Among the Zone wise top 25 rank holders class wise, and

One of the Class toppers from a participating school where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & scores 50% qualifying marks. In case registration is received section wise, students with highest marks, irrespective of section will qualify for the 2nd level. For section wise registrations, winner(s) of gold medal may not necessarily qualify for the second level.

In which year I have sit for the neet exam

You need to have eitjer completed your 12th or atleast be appearing for 12th exams in the year of NEET. You should be 17 years atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. For example, if you are planning on appearing for NEET 2020, then the eligibility looks like this:

ELIGIBILITY:

Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

Hello,

Achievers Section has high priority in getting a top score. but to qualify you have to score above 50% of total marks.

SOF has kept 3 critieria to qualify for 2nd level olympiads exams:-

Top 5% of students,class wise from the 1st level of exam.
State wise or Zone wise top 25 ranked students from each class.
Class topper, top 10 from a class and scores atleast 50% marks. In case of section wise registrations, Class toppers will be from each section where paticipation in each section must more than 25.

If you satisfy any of the above critieria then you can go for the 2nd level.
