sorry to say she is not eligible right now as in recruitment criteria it is given that,

for 2019 ba llb admission category wise year of 10+2 pass criteria is

for general category,  students who passed h.s exam on 2017-2019 is eligible,

for sc/st-  candidates who have passed 12th

In order to appear for the semester examination one must have 75% attendance and if he/she has less than that then you will have to provide a valid proof and failing to that will prohibit you from attending the exam.

There are 3% seats reserved for the candidates under PwDs category. At the time of counselling, the candidate needs to provide proper certificates for verification of PwDs. If failed to produce the same,  the candidate won't be considered under reserved category.
