Yes its good.
College Infrastructure
Yes my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.in my college has smart classroom, laboratories, library,sports centre and hostel .they are all used and well maintained. Some time my hostel is not clean also food .
Most of students in my college cleared a gate exam .

College is having a good infrastructure, building,play ground, labs( virtual, practical), but there is no proper use of these facilities or I can say we don't get chance to go there and learn something .Hostel maintanence is very poor, no medical facilities , surrounding is just well not so clean.

Hi aspirant, since you have got 26972 rank so let me tell that every Rajkiya college have there own Cutoffs for each and every round similarly Rajkiya Engineering College, Bijnor also have it's own cutoff for different levels of counselling. So may be you did not get a chance in first round of counselling but you can also give a try for second round too. So just have patience you will definitely get what you deserve.

Congratulations for getting 180 marks in upsee. Its very hard to give exact chance of admission in a college as cutoff of college vary every year based on different factor. One can predict chance of getting in a college by analysing past year trends.
Factor affecting cutoff -
1. No of students
2. No of seats
3. Difficulty of paper
4. past year trends
Your expected rank will be around 40000-45000 general rank.
With this rank you have less chance to get a government college but you can try for other colleges like Gl bajaj, psit,abes,ucer prayagraj, ipec etc.
